MARTY MARINO


Instruments:   Rhythm Guitar, Keyboards, Lead Vocals

   Marty grew up in Tonawanda, NY and was part of the Buffalo music scene playing in classic rock bands in the ‘70's and ‘80's.  Finding a new love for the blues,  joined the Blues Child Band, but decided to try something different and formed THE BONESHAKERS BLUES BAND, which has a new and exciting contemporary rockin’ blues style and sound that’s sure to get people on the dance floor!  Marty was formerly with  Ulterior Motives and the Turning Time B


                               Chris Reile

Chris is our newest member to the band. He's been in a few bands (Santina and the Shades,American Brass etc.) and knows how to get your Mojo working.Were happy with Chris joining the Boneshakers and taking over the lead guitar slot that Tim handled so well for 4 years.

 

                       DARRYL LEWANDOWSKI

 Instruments: Bass Guitar, 12-String Guitar and Vocals

 Darryl grew up with four siblings, and there was one rule Darryl’s father required of the children - learn music.  Inspired by his father’s talent, Darryl learned to play the guitar and the piano at the age of 10.  Diversifying among many different instruments, Darryl joined a variety of musical groups ranging from western, pop, wedding, jazz, and new wave.  After brief stints in the new wave band The Planets, oldies band Crash Cadillac, and the recent departure from country pop band Justified, Darryl is now running bottom-end bass for the newly formed BONESHAKERS BLUES BAND.


Jim ZEAMES
Instument: Drums

Jim Joined the band after he'd been standing in for our past drummer (Joe Dehlinger) after joining Black Widow.Now he's the Drummer of the Boneshakers Blues Band. Jim played for some past bands (American Brass) and were happy to bring him on board..


                                  KEN PARKER

Instruments: Sax, Keyboards, Vocals

Ken Parker is a schooled musician with over 30 years experience. He played in Buffalo and Rochester in the 80's then joined the Marines, auditioned for the United States Marine Band and played with the band until1991. For the past 17 years, he toured with a Pink Floyd cover band, top 40, dance and rock-n-roll groups, including numerous Canadian blues artists such as Down Child Blues Band, Roadhouse, Pappy John, The Breeze, Murray Porter and Paul Riddick, Currently. he's working on tracks for Juno recording artist Derrick Miller's album.  In the US and Buffalo, he has toured and/or played with the following artists:  Lee Greenwood, Rock Bottom, Johnny Clyde Copeland, Chris Duarte, Willie May Band, The Stoll Brothers, Jony James, Mick Hayes, Willie Haddith, Tommy Z, Buffalo Soulman, and recently the Soul Providers, to name a few.

TIM GETTINGS

 Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Lap Steel, Melodica, Harmonica and Vocals

 Tim grew up in Tonawanda, NY and became interested in music after being exposed to British Invasion, Motown, Soul, Rhythm and Blues, Blues and Country in the early 60's. Started guitar at an early age and played in various pop and blues bands through the 70's, 80's and 90's to present.  Currently, Tim also played in Vitamin G, Barb Wired and Sly Willie and The Shake.


ARTHUR "ART" MACIE

                                Instruments: Sax, Flute, Keyboard

          Cutting his chops on Motown and Blues classics, Art later increased his saxual experience during the BS&T and CTA era. He has played off and on in various R&B, Blues, Jazz, and Pop bands throughout his career. For the past 16 years, he has been a fixture with American Brass, (a party band), and Runnin' Blue (a Blues band). He has played numerous high profile gigs; Curtain Up Buffalo, Bill's Games, First Night Buffalo, Sheas, Tralf, Tap Room, Blues Room, Dock at the Bay, Salvatore's, and numerous private and corporate functions. With the breakup of American Brass, Art found he wanted to get back to his R&B roots. Art plays Alto, Tenor, and Soprano Sax, and sometimes doubles on Flute and Key

  Special thanks goes out to these past members of the Boneshakers Blues Band for their talents, and moving the band forward, holding the band to the high standard.
